Postseason PITCHING DEVELOPMENT
Purpose of Workout:
The purpose of the pitching development program is to help your baseball athlete gain velocity and teach proper throwing mechanics. This program is meant for any player that is looking to improve velocity behind their throw. This is not just meant for pitcher’s only but also outfielder’s and infielder’s who want more arm strength. Each block of training will build off one another. From an off-season to in-season mound blending program. We will work on building the leg mechanics and teaching proper pitching form while incorporating velocity development over the course of the 3 blocks.
