CA Pitching & Throwing
Our pitching and throwing program is tailored to both pitchers and position players. Every athlete goes through J-bands, plyo balls, arm care routines, throwing drills, and recovery techniques to build strength and durability. Pitchers work on pitch development, face live hitters, and use advanced tools like Rapsodo and pocket radar to track velocity, movement, and progress. They also refine in-game skills such as holding runners. Position players focus on arm slots, quick releases, footwork, and rotational drills to increase accuracy and efficiency in the field.
CA Hitting Program
The hitting program begins with baseline testing to establish each athlete’s starting point. From there, players receive customized workouts on the TRAQ Driveline app, with consistent retesting to adjust and progress throughout the program. Using advanced technology such as Rapsodo, Blast, Hit Trax, Jugs machines, and Pocket Radar, hitters gain real-time feedback on their swing mechanics and bat performance. As the program develops, players transition into live at-bats against pitchers, allowing them to apply adjustments in game-like scenarios and build confidence at the plate.
CA Performance Training
Athletic development is a key focus of our performance program, especially as players’ bodies change and mature during their youth and high school years. Athletes progress through four phases—Power, Speed, Isometric, and Eccentric training—to maximize gains and improve body control. The program also emphasizes nutrition and flexibility, giving players the knowledge and tools to support their performance both on and off the field. By improving strength, speed, and movement patterns, athletes leave more prepared to compete at the highest level.
Benefits of Training:
Access to cutting-edge technology (Rapsodo, Blast, Hit Trax, Driveline Plyo Balls, Jaeger Bands, and more)
Tracking gains for players with consistent work ethic
Unlimited facility access ($500 value) from November–March
